Placed my order wit Mott's Floral Design just before noon (pacific time), expecting it would be too late in the day for same delivery for the local recipient.
Mott's got the flowers out within a couple of hours, and the handwritten card was an unexpected but delightful touch. I was very pleased with the arrangement in the photo the recipient sent over.

They noticed that I had entered an ICU room for delivery & offered to hold the order until the recipient was moved to a deliverable room. I decided to google Oak Ridge florists rather than go through FTD or 1-800-Flowers and I am glad that I did. The original flowers I had ordered would not have made it in time due to the trucks being delayed so I received a call from Mott's explaining the situation and they were able to send something else at no additional cost. My mother loved what they sent. Thank you.
